My lo is 4 week old and about a week and a half ago I felt so down I had 3rd degree tear cord was round baby's neck so quiet tramatic labour super fast tho only 2 hours! Then a week after labour got rushed into hospital with a blood clot after that I felt really down and emotional I didn't want to be left with baby and when I was and she cried I can remember holding her thinking I didn't love her and I was so scared I was going to get bad pnd well I wanted to do something about it b4 it hot bad! I was in asda and I saw'calms' and after taking them for a few days I feel so much better I don't now if I just had baby blues and they have now gone or it is the 'calms' but thought I would let u now to try if you are also feeling this way as it might help! Xx

Glad to hear you're feeling better! I found that chamomile tea helped me relax quite a bit. :coffee:
