help with Preloved website!

ok so i brought some babys bedding stuff that matched the stuff we have already got , there was a picture and a description which was exactly what i wanted we paid by bank transfer . we received it today but its not the stuff which was described on the advert , i have emailed them and told them but if i dont get a reply is there any thing i can do or am i stuck with stuff that i dont like and is nothing like the stuff we have already got?

i cant believe it the first time i do something like this and its just one big hoo har
