Hi, LO is 17 weeks old.
About 2 weeks ago, we moved her from moses basket into big cot as she was wrigglin all night and waking herself up & HV said she may need more space.

Since being in her cot, she is still wrigglin and stirrin, not waking but if left she would. She wants her dummy, i have to hold it for her lightly as she has a crap suck and she will go back off. however, she will only sleep for an hour before wriggling again. Last night , i had to get up to her every 45 mins as shes wanted her dummy.

has she associated her cot with her dummy or is this the sleep regression ive read on here about??
How can i get her to sleep??
xx

Perhaps she's waking herself up with all the wriggling?

Has she always woken a lot during the night or is it a new thing?

we have to swaddle our LO in a velcro wrap or he pokes himself in the face and will wake multiple times in the night. In the wrap he goes to bed at 7pm ish and sleeps until 5am most nights.

It's a new thing! she just wriggles for her dummy, doesnt seem to be in a deep sleep like she used to x
