help with things to buy :-/

tomorrow i am going to buy some house stuff (we have to finish doing up our house in the next 2 months!!) and also going to buy some baby stuff!!

i would like to buy tomorrow.

bottle sterliser - any ideas of best ones and good offers around?
milk pump - most prob electric one?
(i am going to try and breastfeed but would like to express milk too for husband to help out etc)


i am not buying more clothes till after baby shower as i already have a lot of stuff!
and iam buying pram and car seats next month when we go to baby show so i can try them out etc.
also already chosen furtniture and deco to go in the room from a place we just need to go and buy it.
mosses basket chosen already just need to buy when we buy furniture.
nappies and all that will come later on too after baby shower.
should we buy bouncers and play mats now too??? ahhhh :-/ confused!

what else do i need to buy???

does anyone have a good list of things to buy for twins? like all the equipment things and .. well just stuff i need!!!! lol!

we dont have other children! so we are so clueless about what to buy!!

lol sorry a bit or a muddled msg! just need a bit of help with things to buy!! even a few explamples of good makes to buy?

Baby towels!! i got told this with my first, i was told you can never have enough as you can guaruntee they pee on them as soon as the nappy is off. true!! my son never failed and id go through 2 to 3 at a time. so this timr eound with two, ill be well stocking up!!! as for bouncers etc, i dont know where bouts you are but i was lookin on tesco direct and they have a baby event on and have nice bouncers for 12.50. bargain. also loadsa other stuff. id have done a spree there myself but im only 11 weeks so dont want to tempt fate.

Also to save yourself loads of hassle later on I can not recommend enough Dr Browns Bottles. You can get them from Boots, they are quite expensive but are worth their weight in gold. One of my twins had colic the other had reflux and I don't know what I would have done without these bottles as they cut out the amount of air going into your babies bodies.

They have been a saving grace for me and stopped hours and hours of crying as a baby with colic is THE WORST! 2 hours of non stop crying when Darcie started with it, I nearly took her to hospital as I couldn't stop her crying, plus it made me cry and I couldn't stop either.

Also I bought the AVENT microwave steriliser as it was only £10.00 off Kiddicare and you can buy Kiddiecare stuff in Morrisons. The Dr Brown bottles sit just about in the holes to hold AVENT bottles and it only take 4 mins to sterilise everything so that's a nice cheap one. xx

aww thanks sooo much for the advice ladies!!!! i have made sure i have told my hubby! we are 100 percent buy lots of towels and going to invest in colic bottles!!!

we have gone to tesco today and the tommee tippee steriliser was quite cheap we were gonna get one but then a friend of ours recommended us to buy the same one but that includes 6 bottles and a few other things... so we didnt buy the steriliser (with one bottle) which was £20! the one my friend reccommend is 60 pounds. not sure if to just get the sterliser (with one bottle) and then buy the bottles seperatly as we would like to buy the colic ones??

we have seen the play mats though!!!!! we are gonna get one tomorrow and then buy a different one from another shop maybe with more toys!!!

so much too buy!!!! lol!!! love it though!!
