Hey I started my weight loss journey on Wednesday so today is day 6!! But I'm realllllly confused. I weighed in at 113kg on Wednesday, yesterday ( Sunday) at around mid morning I weighed in at between 110-111 kg. meaning I would have lost like around 2.5 kg. I just weighed now and it comes up at 109kg. Meaning in 5 days 4kg?? Could this be right? I've stopped drinking fizzy drinks I've also stopped taking salt on my food and generally eaten a lot better. As for excercise I haven't done as much as I'd like. Mostly cleaning around the house which is a huge job with4 little kids.

I guess my question is, is this possible or would you think my scales are dodgy? :flower: Tia for anyone reading/replying to this x
 
Your weight can fluctuate between 2-6lbs per day, depending on lots of different factors.
I think you'd be best picking a weigh day/time and sticking to it each week.

Salt is notorious for assisting in storing unnecessary water. If you've cut additional salt out your diet, you may have lost additional water weight, it is unlikely that you will have lost that much fat.
