How can I shift this headache 😢. I have taken pain killers. Had plenty of fluids. Nothing seems to help. Feeling pretty rough today. Hope that's a great sign for scan tomorrow x

Only since last night. But it's thumping 😞 had to lay down coz I was feeling sick with it too xx

I had headaches the whole first trimester with my daughter! Paracetomol didnt help at all, you can take co codomol whilst pregnant (obviously not with paracetomol though) they took the edge off it for me xx

That's a bummer hun! Whenever I have a headache that I just can't get rid of with the stuff that's considered safe while pregnant, is a cup of coffee. If you aren't too fond of coffee then something with caffeine. Just stay within the limit.

Agree with pp! Take some paracetamol with a can of coke it should help xx
