sorry to intrude i have 3 weeks left, and just wanted to know about contractions?? i keep having bh does this mean im getting closer?? and at what point do you phone the labour ward??? xxx

when the bh comes 5 to 7 minutes apart..
or/(and)
when water breaks...

Braxton hicks can happen anytime through a pregnancy and dont actually mean your getting any closer im afraid.
When the contractions actually start, your best off ringing labour ward just to let them know but most hospitals dont allow women in untill the contractions are 3 mins apart lasting for over a minute each. .
Or if your waters break which mine didnt until i was ready to push lol. xx
