Hi girls,

After a 2WW with no symptoms apart from the (very) odd cramp or two and after I tested BFN at 12 dpo, I got my BFP at 15 dpo! I honestly thought I was out for the month as my ovulation signs were pretty lacklustre as well! (I don't temp).

Here's for the ladies who've had a visted from AF and to those who got their BFP's!

I am new to all this, in fact this is my first ever post on a forum! My husband and I have been trying since new years eve so 6 months now..... I am back in the dreded 2WW and it is driving me crazy. Found this forum and think it is great the only problem is I have no idea what the abreviations mean... I have been guessing but might be really wrong!... ewcm? BFP? ... etc etc can someone give me a quick run down of the basics. I get TTC and 2WW and CM (Cirvical Mucas??) not sure on dpo but guessing it might be Days Past Ovulation. Sorry I am such a Novice!!

Hi and welcome!
If you go to the BnB home page you will see thread explaining all the abbreviations. For the basics: BFP means big fat positive (test positive) and BFN means big fat negative. EWCM is egg white cervical mucous and you're right about the others!

Don't worry, you'll be an old hand at this in no time.

Congrats Franki! I am on CD41 and still so AF. I have re-tested yet but have NO symptoms whatsoever. i guess I will test again tomorrow if nothing happens today. Darn irregular cycles!!
