My morning sickness isn't as severe as over the toilet all the time, but I have a queasy stomach all day! I find it hard to eat, because I just feel so sickly. Has anyone tried ginger? I heard thats good, and other little tricks? Thanks girls :D

Whenever I felt nauseous I found eating plain crackers really helped, and anything like ginger biscuits of crystallised ginger helped too. Hope you find something that works!

Thankyou! I'll start eating those plain crackers :) And i'm guna try making a ginger drink with fresh ginger and see how that goes :)

Sucking on hard candies helped me a lot. :) I also tried to have plain crackers and a glass of water besides my bed for before I attempted to get up lol. Seemed to help having a little on my stomach.

Seeing as I can't eat much I think crackers will be sounding like my meals! :) Haha

Crackers/Saltines and ginger Ale. Also anything SALTY. Soups, chips, and carbonated drinks helped me a ton.

I've never fancied ginger but I always had a box of crackers and peanut butter next to my bed.

Salt won't be hard as I love it! :D and ive just stocked up on crackers thanks girls. Has anyone tried the anti nausea pills doctors prescribe?

never let ur stomach get totally empty as that makes u feel horrid...
also dont let urself get dehydrated...keep water bottle with you always and sip from it all day...

eat 6 small meals a day instead of three big ones...protien really helps too...

as weird as it may seem....sucking on a lemon can help...

also take some ginger and lemon and honey in hot water.....yum and it can help...

also crackers and sprite....

also there is this and im so greatful i found it....

preggie pops https://www.amazon.com/Three-Lollies-Pregie-Pops-Ginger/dp/B000EILPQG

they really are a life saver.....if i think of anything else ill come back...feel better

Ginger didn't work for me, I had dry toast, fizzy orange juice really helped and I had sickness bands for weeks :dohh: Sipping fizzy orange was definitely the best

Thanks for all your help girls I will definitely try it all! And take into consideration not having a empty stomach because at the moment that's whats happening because I can't really stomach anything :(

I haven't found that anything works this time around, but last time dry toast worked well for me.

I tried ginger tea and ginger chews which kind of worked, but what I found helped a lot were really sour hard candies (I found some all-natural 100% fruit juice ones without too much sugar ) cause for a while I couldn't really eat too much- not even saltines or crackers or anything. After a while (by my 3rd month) it was getting a lot better, so I started doing more cracker-like things and soup broths. Any fizzy drinks felt really good on my stomach too. At least to settle it, even if I didn't keep it down for too long it took away the yucky feeling for a bit.

Good luck! Usually it clams down for most ladies after the first tri :)
