high fever - chances over?

Hey all, just in to the 2ww, 2-3 dpo I think.
Anyway, since yesterday evening my temperature has been 39.2-40.4C (102/5-104.7F)
Am I basically out this month? I don't know how anything good could be happening when my body has been so debilitated? I called in sick today, for the first time in such a long time. Temp has come down a bit now. Head still really sore. Should I be counting myself out this month, or has anyone had a real high fever and still got bfp?

I don't really know if a fever will affect anything for sure, but I don't ever remember seeing anything to that effect. Hope you get to feeling better!

Not sure how this can affect implantation. My friend had the flu when she was 2 weeks pregnant (she didn't know she was pregnant quite yet). High fever for 2 days, shaking, etc. She's still preggers (12 weeks).
