High FSH Levels and IUI

Hi Everyone,

I am scheduled for my HCG trigger shot and IUI at one point this week. I had an u/s yest on CD10 and my FSH level was 17!!!! Is there any reason to panic? And is there anything I can do naturally that will bring this down? Do you think it will impact the IUI? I was a nervous wreck before this but now this news made me a bit more panicky.
