I really need a highchair for lily.. I did love the baby bjorn appetiser, but dont know if I can justify £140 on a highchair when the cotbed I want for her is £300 and the loser FOB isn't paying for her yet! So basically has anyone got any good reviews or reccomendations of a reasonably priced but good highchair? x

I done away with my first highchair = a nightmare to clean (lots of crevices). A pain to store etc.

I now use a booster seat, which you strap onto a chair, easy to clean & cheap to buy. Take up no space either.

i had a chicco happy snack i hated it hard to unfold so i got the bloom nano i loved the bloom fresco but like u couldnt justify 200 pound on a highchair the nano is simple easy to wipe down folds really small https://www.bloombaby.com/collection/feat.php?sID=34 comes in loads of colours i think they are 99 pound new i got mine for 30 on ebay well worth it even at 99 pounds

We bought a very expensive all singing all dancing high chair for Oliver and it takes up soooo much room, and he really isn't keen, he struggled to sit forward properly no matter how I adjusted the straps etc. We ended up buying him one from Ikea after he tried them in the cafe there and seemed to love them - and its great! Couldn't be easier to clean, doesn't take too much room up, and Oliver loves it!

We got a second hand concord spin - no padding, it's completely plastic and metal, but it's really easy to fold completely flat and takes up no room in our living room.

we had the chicco from birth high chair, i wouldnt waste my money (or anyone elses) there horrible to clean, take up to much space, always need to wash it and to me its not good when there in there for 3 meals a day as u have to get it washed and dryed right away

We are going to get a chicco jazzy. Currently half price at boots. xx

We`ve got the Fisher Price Precious petals highchair, we paid £100 for it..its from birth, and is really good, easy to clean and reclines...I would recommend it :flower:

I have the Chicco Polly highchair. Although it can be alittle heavy when you only have one arm/ hand free it is a brilliant chair. Sturdy, secure and well designed. Although it has a slim fold for storage, it does take up some room as it is a little bulky.

Depends what you want in terms of where you keep it and how much room you have.

We love it!

Mamas and Papas have one on offer at the moment for £29 (plus delivery), which folds really flat according to their pics! I've just ordered it as LO is almost out of his bouncy chair

I have a Trip Trap highchair that I got second hand which my daughter still loves at age 3. We also have a super cheap Ikea one at the grandparents which I also recommend for younger kids( a tight fit these days, but she's still in there)

We have the option for the trip trap (I wasn't lucky enough to find it second hand when I needed it) and couldn't justify the full price:wacko: so we bought the babydan chair. It's great and goes a long way. All wooden and easy to clean. The only thing is that if you are short of space and need to store it, you can't do it as it is a chair that you have to put together. Don't need to buy the padding as it's pointless.

Here is a link in case you want to take a look. This is the actual colour that we have as it coordinates with our table. However, the chair comes in a choice of colours. https://https://www.amazon.co.uk/BabyDan-Danchair-Medium-Highchair-Natural/dp/B000NUR3U2
