There's no hostility from me, your first post read to me that you didn't understand why people use lube, so I posted a couple of reasons as to why some people use it.
Ok, so I read your post wrong, I stand corrected and I apologise for that.
The same with the outfit (or does it come under lingerie? I don't know which one to put it in) I've re-read my comment about it and it does come across as harsh, it wasn't meant to be and again I apologise for the way it was worded.
As for why I came to this forum? I came here because me and my OH are trying for our first baby and although I have a fair bit of baby experience (I was a live in baby sitter for my oldest sister when she went back to work when her last child was only a couple of months old, I have a lot of nieces and nephews and now great nieces and great nephews) I have never had my own so am here for information and other peoples experiences.
There's no bitterness in me, I don't see the need for it on the internet much like yourself.
I'm a grown woman and hope that I also have a mature attitude to life and everything surrounding it.
I have not attacked you personally at any time, unlike your actions towards me. I did not post on this thread with an attitude, if you look back you'll see that my very first post on here was one with humour in it, my second was a mistaken attempt to point out why some people use lube (I cannot believe I'm actually involved in an argument concerning lube!!!)
After that I only said that what works for you and your OH wouldn't necessarily work for others in regards to the outfit that bdawne (I think I got the posters name right, apologies if I didn't) posted. My OH was brought up as a strict Muslim and so there's lots of sexual stuff that whilst is deemed normal in a typically British/American (I don't know where you're from) is deemed sinful in his culture. That's not to say that we don't have a good love life, I think it's very good, but it is different to others that would use outfits like this in the bedroom. - That's not a slur on you by the way, it's just a fact of how our love life goes.
I'm posting this to clear up any misunderstandings and to make it clear that I am NOT here to start fights or upset people. (So far I think I've spoken about my own "wind problem" the most on here!) For all I know you could be able to give me some really good tips on ttc, I don't know because I don't know you.
So, to end, I apologise for not wording my posts better and that it's been misinterpreted, that was not my intention at all. I sometimes forget that people on here don't know how I am and that something I'd say to one of my friends in a certain tone of voice doesn't come across the same way in text.
JSoc, I'm also sorry for derailing your thread, congratulations again on being a soon to be Dad!
