Might be TMI, mentions thrush.
I had suffered with thrush a fair few times before pregnancy and was surprised I hadn't suffered it yet. And to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if that's what I get throughout third tri.
Anyway. I have a thrush like itch. But the discharge seems okay. But I've had that thrush like itch for a few days now.
I don't know whether to use the cream in advance to help prevent it. I asked before whether I'd be allowed to use canestan cream and they said yes it's not harmful. But I dont know whether to get it properly checked and tested before I do anything just incase purely because I'm pregnant and want to take extra precaution.
It's weird for me to only get the itch and the discharge to appear normal though. It may just be irritation, like my knickers feel tighter (buns getting bigger) and it's hotter weather so everything is sweatier but I do try to change my knickers twice a day especially on warmer days!
And everything feels generally much more swelled up down there, so I guess this would be the time during pregnancy I could be very prone to getting thrush.
Anyone else suffer from thrush usually or has suffered during pregnancy??
This is the bit I wasn't looking forward to, I knew it would come and I'm always usually so careful to keep downstairs fresh and clean
