Well after a dramatic week, I have split up with FOB!
He is no longer interested in the baby and doesn't want anything to do with him - selfish bas**rd

Anyway, we have a little boy on the way and we orignally agreed on the name Alfie Thomas Burden. Alfie - after FOB's brother, Thomas - after FOB and Burden was FOB's surname.

Obviously, the situation has changed now and as FOB wants nothing to do with us then I dont want my baby having anything to do with him. Makes sence.

My two grandfathers passed away this month so I would like to cooperate there names into LO's. I orginally wanted them as middle names, but I think I have decided on the final name.

Ronnie David Box

Opinions please??? X

Sorry to hear about the rough few weeks you have been having! At least your precious little Valentine will be here soon! I think it would be very sweet to name the baby after his two great grandfathers!

I like it - a nice way to remember your Grandad's.

Beautiful! Personally I'd swap it around and make it David Ronald Box but I think it's really nice as it is as well.

I love it, and think Ronnie is really cute!

I think it's a lovely name and more special because of the sentiment behind it.

I'm sorry I don't really like Ronnie or David. I especially dislike David cause it seems so common. Yknow the standard joke 'ring up and ask for David' because there's always someone called David everywhere...

Sorry to hear about your struggles, all I can say for that is UGH MEN! Hope things look up for you, you still got that special little one coming and if he doesn't want anything to do with him then HE'S the one missing out! I don't like Ronald but just Ronnie is absolutely adorable! & It always means more when it's picked for a reason like naming it after someone special to you, to honor them. I've said that if I ever have a girl I want her middle name to be my grandmothers name, I miss her much. So go Ronnie David! I think it's a great name, and honestly better than the first name you guys had picked out, no offense. Just not my personal taste :)

I Love it :flower:. Ronnie is a lovely name . I was going to have Madeleine May after my two nans, but we ended up with Daisy Madeleine May as DH didnt like Madeleine as a first name :growlmad:, at least I still got both their names in there though :winkwink:. xx

I prefer David Ronald as well...but definitely think it should be Ronnie David or David Ronald.

fob sounds like a jerk :( so i say name him whatever you want, I like alfie and ronnie :)

i like it, i also like it with david first as others have suggested xx
