I can't believe it.......The baby is fine!! Strong heartbeat and measured 7-8 weeks. They do not know why I'm bleeding, there is no sign of it on the ultrasound. They've just told me to rest and they'll scan again in two weeks to put my mind at rest. I'm just shocked, I lost another few clumps of bright red blood just before I left to go to the hospital.

Sorry to post this on here as I know this is meant to be a positive forum but thought I'd better update you.

After seeing my 'healthly' baby on the scan at 2pm yesterday, I lost him/her at aroung 9pm last night. After some of the worse pains I have ever felt, I went to A & E and had to wait 3 hours to be seen. I lost our baby whilst we were waiting.

As upset as I am, since the bleeding started as bad as it did, I was always expecting the worst. Therefore I'm glad it is now all over.
