I am good,feel very heavy,but am having a better day,last week was tough,this week is easier

I am okay. My physical symptoms have basically subsided, aside from weird cravings. I have terrible mood swings though.

i'm having a good week for a change!! Only the odd complaint bout aches etc but other than that i've been rather well which is shocking compared to how ill i've been!!
