how do i add a fancy/sparkly photo to my sig

hi,ive searched and cant find the answer to this, someone help me please i want to add a pic of my scan with a sparkly frame and my little girls due date

you need to find somewhere you can add effects to your photo. photobucket.com has effects you can play with. once you have edited your photo you can upload it to your signature - bare in mind you are only allowed so much in yuor signature, so you may need to get rid of one of your tickers.
