How do i add a photo for my profile pic?

Hi - i can see how to add pics etc to signatures and avatars or whatever but how do i upload a photo so that my profile is a photo rather than a big question mark?

Go to User CP, then under the control panel, edit profile picture. Then you should be able to browse your computer and upload a picture from there.
