How do i do this? I can't find it. Went to CP and nothing.. customize profile nothing... HELP!!

Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. How do i add a profile pic

If you mean the little pic under your name on the left then it's
User CP > Settings & Options (in the columns on the left) > Edit Avatar, and upload a file from there.
If it's the picture on your profile when you click on your name it's
User CP > Your Profile > Edit Profile Picture, and upload a file there.
