How do i add my pregnancy journal to my sig

I had done this before with my TTC journal but I can't remember how. I tried doing what someone suggested with editing the info on another thread here but it never worked... any suggestions i wish I had written down what I was told before.

Ok no need for help I managed to work it out... i was just a bit impatient am not too good at spending time working something out for myself. Thanks though for reading.
