How do i get this in bold?!?

Can anyone please tell me how to get the thread title in bold?

I have tried using th bold icons, but it just shows as the actual icons, and not in bold.

Help! Im feeling very stupid!

I dont think you can, use a symbol instead, that will make it stand out.
