Lol start "a new thread" like you normally do and put in a title and a message and then scroll down till u see

Thread Subscription
Notification Type:
Do not subscribe

and tick the button that says

Post a Poll and tick >>>Yes, post a poll with this thread
Then put in how many answers u want

Number of poll options: (Maximum: 20)

and then click "submit new thread"

and follow from there hope this works
