Before I had lo I couldnt stand the idea of even having my steak pink but while I was pregnant oh eouldnt let me have anything but well well done so I think I sort of rebelled after and have medium ever since.
Working in a steak house it surprises me how many people dint actualy have a clue about the differant ways to cook it.
I get people that order medium rare then complain its undercooked and to bring them another meal and others who order well done then complain its chewy and over coooked.
Plus so many ask me what the differance is, I dont understand people who order it not knowing how they want it cooked.
So anyway how do you have yours cooked?
Blue, rare, medium rare, medium, medium well or well done
