Not sure of Coq10 but you can take Soy iso on CD 1-5 or 2-6, or 3-7 or 5-9.
You can take them in dosage of 150-160mg a day for 5 days at the mentioned dates. However, before that, please find out whether it is right choice for you or not. I also read once, soya should be avoided when ttc as it has mild contraceptive properties. Soya can also affect your oestrogen levels so upset your hormone balance. If you ovulate irregularly or not at all, this could kick-start ovulation. If your fertility problems are due to something else, the remedies won't help.
Remember Soy iso can dry up CM so you may wish to take EPO along with it.
