How high should baby be?

I feel like if what I'm feeling is baby, he's really high up! Like maybe an inch below my belly button and to the right? Which is insane because my belly button is way higher than a normal persons should be lol

Probably a stupid question, I'm just new to all of this

I've been feeling her at my belly button and sometimes a little higher. She kicks all over the place so that's totally normal where you're feeling him!
