have tried to find info on this, unsuccessfully.
dec 7th: 6939 (bleeding started - was supposed to be 9+3 but baby measured 7+2)
dec 8th: miscarried
dec 9th: 2501
dec 18th: 102
dec 22nd: 38
so, two weeks post miscarriage i'm at 38, but the urgent care told me they really do like to test it until it gets to zero. i am curious about what my levels are, and insurance covers it, so i don't mind doing it, but if i'm not having cramps, or bleeding (the bleeding actually stopped after 6 days) or any other worrisome symptoms, is there a medical reason to keep getting blood tests done?
i'm curious when to expect ovulation or AF but we are waiting until march to try again so not really concerned for any active ttc. i have an appointment with OB tomorrow for a miscarriage follow-up and i have been really disappointed and frustrated with the care i've gotten in the OB department, so i kind of want to arm myself with information to stand up for myself, if necessary.
just to update, if anyone is ever looking for information/other people's experiences:
dec 26th: 16
jan 2nd: got my period.
i don't know what my levels were after the 26th, but i will likely go in one more time this week or next since the doc said he wanted to track it until i get below 5. the appointment i mentioned above was really great, actually, so that was helpful for my emotional/mental state. mostly just antsy to start trying again.
best wishes to everyone. hoping 2015 will be a much better year for all of us!
