I'm now 4 days pp, my milk started to come in end of day 2. Day 3 I was super engorged and it's now day 4- still incredibly engorged, huge, and uncomfortable. I'm feeding my baby every 2 hours but am not seeing any relief to this terrible pain! My boobs are rock hard and causing me soooo much pain. This is my 3rd baby and I swear it's worse this time around. It probably doesn't help that my lo only feeds for 5ish minutes which doesn't hardly empty anything. She is having tons of wet/ poopy diapers though so I'm not worried about if she's getting enough.
I have pumped a few times to relieve the engorgement for 5-10 minutes but it always comes right back. How long did your engorgement last? I need to see the end is in sight ... Otherwise I might go crazy!
