how long to hold

ladies i am curious, if you cant test with 1st morning pee how long should you hold it with any other time of day? i want to retest later after i drop DD off at school

I found if I don't drink anything & hold for a couple of hours it gets nice & concentrated.
Also I found my second pee of the day to be quite good for testing (sorry for tmi lol)

I so agree with the 2mu or soo....worked better for me too...i have heard holding for 4 hours is good...best wishes

I'd say about 4 hours would be good, preferably without drinking before hand. Your fmu is usually from not going for around 8 hours depending on how long you sleep for, some people less so that should be enough x
