....Past the expiration date of milk would you drink it? If it doesn't smell or taste off?

i wouldnt but then iv always been fussy with milk dates

Milk I would drink if it smells and tastes ok, no matter what the date. It doesn't go "bad" as such, it goes sour first. So you'll be able to tell quite clearly if it's old waaaaayyy before it would develop anything that could be bad for you. Drinking sour milk might not be nice (some people like it though!) but it won't harm you.

As long as it tasted and smelled fine I would drink it too. I am that way with all my food though.

Yeh... its just yoghurt when it curdles lol might be full of nasties though as its not controlled bacterial growth

Most expiry dates are very cautious an most food can be safely eaten after the expiry date .

Milks dates are actually a sell by date meaning the store has to sell it by that date , so it good for a week after the date printed on it . Things like eggs can be good for a month after their best by dates.
