Hi Everyone... I was just curious how many eggs you had transferred?

My doctor does 1-2 for under 35 years old and 3 for over 35 years old. I am just curious if that seemed standard or not. We would be ok with twins but triplets is scary for me because of the health issues and pregnancy issues scare me to death.

So if all goes as planned and they are able to collect a good amount of eggs then 3 will be transferred I am told I have about a 65% chance... I hope they are right.

Hey Brandy were only allowed. Under 36 an two over 37...

3 does sound a lot! X

Hey, as I am 28 we are only transferring one (NHS guidance). But, if the first IVF was to be unsuccessful (I hope not, but who knows) then we would put two back on second round x

Good luck!

Brandy my clinic is similar . They recommend 1 for under 35 but will do 2. Then 2 or more after 35 .

I am 36, and the clinic said that the maximum would be 2. But I noticed they did have a "3" option, wondered if there are special cases where they do allow it.

Interesting calm. I would think that 3 would be for certain cases as well. I dont want to be overly paranoid and or decrease my odds. But I also dont want to increase complications :)

We dont have fertility issues other than my short tubes so the uterus and sperm isnt the issue my luck all 3 stick and split!
