Hi girls,

I'm really confused as to what I should be doing.

My lo is 10 weeks on Thursday. She has been taking 5 feeds in 24 hours of 5-6oz. Now she's always been a brilliant sleeper right from birth and by 6 weeks was sleeping through then she started going for longer and longer periods and most nights she will go down at 10ish and won't wake until 6.

Her naps have always been quite long too.

But the last few days she's been having really long naps and still sleeping through at night and I've only been managing to get in 4 feeds of 6oz in the 24 hour period.

Everyone keeps telling me she's fine and not to worry as she's gaining weight and that as long as she's sleeping then she's growing etc, but I can't help worrying that she's too young to have dropped to 4 feeds and that I should be waking her to make sure I fit in her 5th feed???

Please help me, i'd really appreciate any advice you could give me on this?

Thanks in advance

xxx

I know that this is not set in stone, but I was looking for an answer for you and came across this. My LO takes about 25-30oz per day. Every baby is different, but it sounds like you are doing a great job.
