This lo seems to have hiccups all the time.. at least 5+ times a day.. Anyone in the same boat and can reassure me? her movements are good and her heartrate is good on doppler when I do listen!

Every baby is different but hiccups are good! They are not as bothersome to baby as they are to us :~)

My son hiccuped ALL THE TIME in utero. It didn't mean anything other than no rest for me since he was especially likely to hiccup at night. After he was born he seemed to get them a normal amount - maybe a few times per week.

I'm sure it doesn't mean anything bad.. Although I know if I google something horrible will pop up.. just curious if anyone else's lo hiccups a lot! (and I only mention because I remember something about it from last pregnancy (if they hiccup too much) but I never looked into it because I didn't want to freak myself out .. which is why I'm not googling it now lol!

My little boy had hiccups multiple times a day and did have cord issues, my daughter had hiccups even MORE and had no issues whatsoever.

It is supposed to be one of the ways they get their lungs in shape for breathing. Normal and healthy!!

Well then her lungs should be good and strong ;) .. I know it's supposed to be good.. just one of the things we worry about eh?!

My daughter hiccuped all the time! She hiccuped quite a lot when she was born as well after feeds, but it was all normal though :)

Oh my goodness pink I understand the worry. I sometimes worry my baby's movements are too erratic. Then I remember I worried the same thing about my dd when i was pregnant with her! Dd1 hiccupped all the time in utero too. All the time. And now she rarely gets them! You just never know, I guess

My dd would start hiccuping every night just as I tried to go to sleep. She got them every feed for a few weeks after she was born but it soon settled.

Similar story here. My DS only had the hiccups a few times, and my DD had them ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the time in my 3rd trimester. Definitely 4 - 5 times a day. After she was born she also had them a lot in the first couple of weeks but it settled after that as well. I've never heard that it's anything to worry about though.
