How many months am I at 20 weeks?

I'm a bit confused. Am I still in month 4 at 20 weeks or month 5? I'm asking because I will be letting my manager know at work at the 20 week mark - she has no kids and likely is not used to speaking of it in terms of weeks so I want to let her know how many months I am.

I usually go by the 4 weeks rule..
Every 4 weeks, I gain a month.

4 weeks= 1month
8 weeks= 2 months
12 weeks=3 months
16 weeks= 4 months
20 weeks= 5 months
24 weeks= 6 months
28 weeks= 7 months
32 weeks= 8 months
36 weeks= 9 months
40 weeks= 10 months

Seems crazy to consider 10 months of pregnancy, but technically they count the first few weeks of pregnancy (before you're ever pregnant) as the few weeks that starts it all.

At 20 weeks I would say 4.5 months as pregnancy is considered as 9 calendar months/ 40 weeks, so half of that is 4.5 months / 20 weeks.
If someone asks how many months pregnant I am I go by the due date day of the month, I am due on 26th Feb so on the 26th of each month I say I'm another month, so last Monday was the 26th so I would say I am 4 months if asked how many months or 19 weeks tomorrow if asked weeks. Then that makes 9 months pregnant on my due date of 26th Feb.

As above I went up a month on my due date number.
9 months- 4th Aug
8 months - 4 July
7 months - 4th June etc
