How many times a day should you test for ov?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the OPKs. How many times a day should I test? I read somewhere that I should do twice a day but in the kit, the pamphlet says once a day and doesn't specify a time. Can someone enlighten me?

Pregnosis, I think they are the same as first response! It's all so confusing!

I test twice a day with the wondfo strips. Usually FMU and then late afternoon.

Ye id say twice a day too hun i used a digi in the morning and then i bought loads of ic tests off ebay really chesp so i use them in the afternoon. X
