How much caffeine do u have in a day?

I might have the odd can of coke, or quite possible a pint of if we're out.

I will also now quite happily have a cup of coffee and possibly a tea as well now on the odd occassion. So maybe 1 cup on average, sometimes 2.

I didn't really in 1st tri, mostly because I didn't fancy tea, coffee etc...no morning sickness I just didn't fancy it. I would drink coke though.

I had a mug of half coffee half milk a couple times a day with Simon, and if I wanted more than that, then I just did decaff. This pregnancy, I'm pretty much off coffee. It seems to be making me feel sick more often than not. I am hardly drinking anything caffeinated, actually. It's not that I think it's unsafe, it just doesn't seem to be agreeing with me. When I do have something, it's weak tea with lots of milk.
As for coke, I have always loathed the stuff. So no problem there for me!

Im caffeine free 5 days a week and then at weekends I'll have a couple cups of normal tea when out or 1 cup of costa/starbucks/coke. I do miss the daily fix, as theres not much else you can do when pregnant!!
I felt weird after todays one though, my heartrate is faster at the mo and anyway and Im getting dizzy spells, so god knows what babys heartrate is like!! so think I will shy away from it for a while.

skaterbun- the same thing has been happening to me when i drink regular coffee. i just noticed it thursday. i ordered a iced coffee and figured that it was fine since i don't drink it alot but then i got all dizzy and my heart felt like it was about to jump out of my chest. i drink decaf at home but whenever i get a coffee somewhere else i feel like crap. sometimes i order decaf and still get this feeling so i think that they are giving me regular even tho i say decaf. alot of the people were i live don't speak english very well tho so maybe they do it on accident.

Have you tried the caffeine free diet coke? It tastes exactly like regular coke and you can have as much as you want. x

I drink a huge cup of coffee a day! It makes my baby kick when I want her to! lol
