How Much Milk With Solids Do You Give Your LO?

I was thinking about started my LO on solids soon and was just wondering how much milk do you give your LO if they are on solids? x

I still give my LO about 25-30 oz a day. She has 3 solid "meals" and an occasional snack. My understanding is that milk is supposed to be the main food source until 1 year.

As much as they want - they will drop their intake themselves as the amount of food they eat increases xx

So stick with your normal milk routine and start with one meal then just go with the flow xx
