I have the sister of one of our staff coming to babysit my little man tonight but I have no idea how much to pay her.

She's 18 and still at college but she has experience. She will just have him for 3-4 hours max.

if she has him 4hr i wud just give her £20 hun, just say to her how much dy want? dont give her more than this hun, baby guna be sleeping anyways !
if i was babysitting i wud be very happy with that !
