how popular is macie/macy in uk

I've loved this girls name for a while I thought it was a bit more unique although similar to the well known maisie.

But I keep hearing this name more and more so I'm guessing its more popular then I thought.

What do you think of the name?

I know a few Masies and Macys in the 3-5 age group. I think it is gaining poularity at the moment, at least it is in my area.

the only macy I know is macy gray the singer but i'm not sure if she's british or american, it is a really cute name though! x
