How to add a pregnancy calender??

Hiya sorry for asking a what is probably an easy question, but how do you add one of the baby calender/tickers to the bottom of your posts I have clicked on baby gaga and it gives me a code to paste in but i can't seem to see where you have to put this so that it appears on every post you make.
Can anyone please help and let me know how to do this, as i can't seem to work it out. Thank you

you go to user CP on the top left....in there you go to edit signature.
Make sure you use the BBCode and paste it. you can press the preview button to make sure it works
