How to find a babysitter and other questions?

Is it OK to ask the girls from his nursery or would this generally be frowned on?

How much do you pay?

Does it cost more after a certain time (say 11pm or midnight?)

Does it cost more if you expect them to put baby to bed?

Are you responsible for getting them home or are they (assuming they are over 16?)

What sort of food/drink do you provide?

Such a novice at this!!!

I dont really know the answer to any of your questuons cos i've only ever family.

however my friend works in a nursery and she has a couple of times babysat of one of the children who goes to the nursery. So i guess it's fine to ask them

i used to work in a nursery and watched them outside also. its nice because they are familier with them and trustworthy! if id watch them from say 6:00-midnight theyd pay me anywhere from 40-60 dollars. i always drove myself and i'd think thatd be thier responsibility to find a ride. i never ate when i was there.... drinks (just make sure to have something in fridge to offer them.) i never charged extra for putting them to bed eithr
