How to maintain new lower weight

I only have 0.5 kg to go and I will be at my goal weight but still have sum firming on my belly to do how much more should I eat than I do know and I have been doing excercise DVDs daily would I be able to cut that back to 5 times per week? Just don't want to gain it again. X
 
I think you should change your exercise. And unfortunately you are not mention it here but according to me Sit ups and running is best exercise for this purpose. IS it??? Must try it.
