How to make Lana a longer name?

My OH has two daughters - one is Lana and the other is Eliana...but Eliana could certainly become Lana...though we call her Ella.

Before I even got pregnant I had a really spooky dream about having a girl and it been called illyanya (I dont know how to pronounce it or say it) but its stuck but me.
