When I go to my profile, it looks like I have subscribed to every post I have ever replied to. How do I turn that off?

Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
How to turn off subscriptions?

I just figured it out today! Go to https://www.babyandbump.com/profile.php?do=editoptions then go down to the subscriptions option part and choose "do not subscribe" or "no subscriptions".. can't remember what it actually says, but something like that. 
Then to clear the ones you have, go to here https://www.babyandbump.com/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription and click where it says "empty current folder" to start fresh so you can choose what you subscribe to.
