how too get rid off scars, blemish's?

i hav a few small marks on face from old spots that i hav regrettably picked, and now left with little scars, which i use concealer too hide, but fed up usin it all the time, whats best too help get rid? x

Mine have massivly improved, in fact almost gone, since I've been
using Alpha H liquid gold & alpha h balancing moisturiser.

The doctor gave me a prescribed gel for acne and it is good for getting rid of old scars. My spots arent that bad but he said he could see some old scars and gave me the gel for them as i said they bother me xxx
