I would say Kass-ia

I'd pronounce it 'Kay-see-ah'... (like Kaycee, but with an 'ah' on the end...basically)...

But out of those two pronunciations I think 'Kass-ee-ah' sounds like it fits most.

cash-a. It's shortened from the Polish name Katarzyna (cat-ah-shin-ah)

I would pronounce it Kaze-ia, but the only person I've ever met with this name pronounced it Kasha.
