Hydrotherapy pools

Hi all

Are hydrotherapy pools safe in pregnancy?

Hi, I am a baby swimming instructor and they definitely aren't safe. Temperatures are so high in most that its the equivalent to sitting in a sauna. I have to stop working whilst pregnant as most of the pools I work in are hydrotherapy pools.
Other people may tell you it's fine but I don't like to risk it as you're core body temperature will definitely be raised.

Wow thank you! Yes I was thinking even the hydro rooms are incredibly hot that I usually have to walk out. It's not worth the risk. Thank you again x
