Any chance of being able to do this without paying? Is there a self teaching way? There's no way we can afford any of the classes but I'd love to know maybe the basic principles?

I did it at home with a DVD soundtrack that I bought (then discovered the soundtracks were online for free). Let me find them for you hun.

EDIT: Hubby has just reminded me that he has them on his external hard drive (I can't find them online anymore). He's going to email them from work to me tomorrow then I can get them to you along with any relevant info you might need.

I bought a book on amazon called home birthing-it's the one with the most/best reviews. Mine comes with a CD. I can't necessarily say I'll be hypnotized but I do want a calm natural birth.
