Hypnobirthing

Still making my way through the childbirth without fear book - nearing the end now. It's hard work, but makes a very interesting read.

Haven't heard back from the class instructor yet about when we can start the classes. I know she's very busy at the mo, so I'll give her a few more days then give her a ring. Just being impatient as I'm quite excited about getting started on it.

Anyone else read any of the books or decided to take up classes?
