I am still having a downtime message?

On my phone i have still got a downtime message to say that baby and bump is down? I have cleared the cache and im not sure what to try next?

Im on a windows phone and it used internet explorer.

Close the browser down and clear all data ... not sure what you have available option wise on your device but history, cache & cookies ar ethe options you are wanting to clear. Then reopen your browser and sign back into BnB.
